Responsibilities:
- Managed daily support and operations for data centre services, networks, and cloud platforms.
- Responsible for daily monitoring of data centre services, networks, and cloud platforms in accordance with pre-defined protocols and procedures.
- Implement and manage security controls for the data centre, network, and cloud services.
- Monitor logs/alerts and undertake first-level troubleshooting for service issues/outages.
- Identify network and cloud platform risks and take appropriate remediation actions to address them.
- Daily reporting on system availability, including any failures, problems, or downtime.
- Maintain and update DC network diagram.
- Supervise DC infra facilities maintenance services.
- To ensure all associated operational tasks are carried out in accordance with business policies, guidelines, rules, and standards.
- Responsible for managing the documentations related to procedure and processes required for ISO compliance certification.
- Monthly operational reports to management, customers, and compliance reviews
- Support customers to meet agreed SLA levels.
- Responsible for any assigned duties– as and when notified.
