Protege Project Management Office (PMO)


The PMO Executive will provide strategic leadership for the Program Management Office and oversee governance processes for successful delivery of Unified Communications services to government agencies.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Establish the strategic vision and framework for the PMO.
  • Design and implement PMO processes, systems, and tools to support program delivery.
  • Lead project governance processes including stage gates, reviews, reporting, and quality control.
  • Provide visible leadership and ensure seamless collaboration between project teams.
  • Escalate risks and issues to project sponsors and create mitigation plans.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports on program status, milestones, budgets, forecasts.
  • Coach and mentor PMO managers on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program excellence.


Qualifications and requirements

  • Fresh Degree graduate in any discipline
