Protege Change Management Executive


A Change Management Executive will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people’s side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.


The primary responsibility will be helping the team to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change executive will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Create a strategic vision and lead the overall change management strategy for the UC implementation.
  • Build a comprehensive change plan that identifies key milestones, activities, and measures of success.
  • Lead the change management team and oversee development of educational materials, training, and communications.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and sponsors to integrate change management into the overall initiative.
  • Assess change readiness through various methods and identify/address gaps.
  • Report on change management metrics and adoption outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve change strategies and methodologies based on lessons learned.


Qualifications and requirements

  • Fresh degree graduate in any discipline.
