Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in converting personal files to electronic personal files for all active employees and resigned employees
  • Support on HR and admin work – recruitment, training, engagement activities, general office administration work, etc
  • Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

 

Qualifications and requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
  • Possess high level of integrity, confidentiality, commitment and sense of urgency
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure with efficient time management and deadline
  • Meticulous and result-oriented
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
