Intern, Solution Engineer


Assist in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products in understanding the customer’s business requirements, design, and configure the desired solution along with an ability to scope the entire solution


Duties and responsibilities

  • Acting as a product expert and effectively build relationship and trust
  • Communicating technical requirements and potential competitor solutions
  • Following product releases and new features, assisting in training new hires and solution partners
  • Documenting and delivering both product feedback and new requirements from prospects to the crm product development team
  • Developing a deep understanding of crm products, working closely with our support team and product development teams to resolve critical technical issues
  • Understanding the fundamentals of the entire data stack, and quickly learning new data systems to support the sales team


Qualifications and requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline
  • Have knowledge in JAVA, JSON, JavaScript Scripting Languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge in CRM and Data analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, Hubspot are an advantage
  • Self-starter who is driven to constantly learn new systems and knowledge
