This incumbent in this role will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities, prospect, engage and convert new customers.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for driving business and achieving sales targets to contribute to company’s growth.
- Develop and establish a strong rapport with the assigned market/industry. Identify & formulate ideas to bring value to targeted industries with our solution.
- Establish new relationship with industry enterprises to generate additional sales opportunities.
- Gather business intelligence within the marketplace to improve the company’s position, and to develop innovative solutions that can take market leadership
- Work cross functionally with a variety of business leaders throughout the company, includes Sales team, product sales, pre-sale, and sales operations.
- Prepare and deliver presentation and value-based proposals to customers.
- Managing, coaching, and guiding sales team.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales related area or the equivalent in training and experience
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in sales or marketing of which 3 years must be in managerial position
- Dynamic personality with problem solving capabilities who able to work independently and take on challenges.
- Passion for the use of digital technology for business transformation for clients
- Possess reach to peers (marketing) in targeted industries.
- Strong customer engagement ability, excellent in communication and presentation skills, flexible, highly committed, and result oriente
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
