The Business Support Executive provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure efficient business functions. Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and clients, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves assisting in day-to-day office operations and performing tasks as assigned by management.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manages team business operation and daily activities
  • Prepare sales report to Superior and assist superior to monitor sales activities in Consumer & Wholesales team
  • Provide daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to day office and business operations activities
  • Organize, develop and maintain proper filing system
  • Drafting business letter, memos, and confidential documents in timely manner
  • Sorting and distributing email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Liaise with internal department and customers on related administrative matters
  • Responsible of data entry for customer’s application
  • Perform outgoing phone calls to assist customer as needed
  • Preparing & issuing of quotation, DOs, Invoices, POs, faxing, photocopy and scanning
  • Handle client’s complaints/disputes in a professional manner
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in administrative
  • Required language: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude and able to work independently
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • The ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skill
  • Strong written and verbal communication skill
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
