We are seeking a dynamic and driven AI Product Manager to lead the growth of AI-driven products and solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about AI and emerging technologies, excel in fast-paced environments, and is skilled in cross-functional collaboration. This role demands strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and exceptional presentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Enterprise and Business Development teams to drive revenue growth.
- Translate customer needs and business goals into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and coordination with the R&D team, solution leads, engineers, UI/UX, business, sales, and marketing teams to deliver impactful AI solutions and drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform and guide product strategy.
- Serve as the voice of the product in internal discussions, customer engagements, and industry events.
- Lead product and solution training sessions, and monitor performance and user feedback.
- Present product concepts, roadmaps, and strategic updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in AI/ML, data platforms, or SaaS. In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle; ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Proven ability to build trust and demonstrate impact and influence across internal teams and external, customer-facing engagements, able to align stakeholders, shape outcomes, and advocate effectively for product vision.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Comfortable speaking at webinars, conferences, and client briefings.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Experience with customer-facing roles (e.g., pre-sales, sales, solution consulting) is a plus
