Job Description

Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong and positive relationships.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
Sales Development:
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Convert provided leads into new customers and develop your own leads through networking, market research, and referrals.

Account Expansion and Retention:
• Execute strategies to strengthen client relationships and maximize lifetime value.
• Address client concerns effectively to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Sales Operations:
• Effectively deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and pitches that address client goals and showcase the value of our solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively closing new deals and growing existing accounts.

 

Requirements

Education:
• A minimum of a Diploma in a relevant field is required.
Experience:
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in sales, customer service, or account management is advantageous.
Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for customer success.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
