Job Description
- Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Monitor Project Progress: Track project milestones and deliverables. Update project status reports and communicate progress to project managers and team members.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in coordinating project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials.
- Risk Management: Learn to identify and assess potential project risks. Assist in developing mitigation strategies to address risks.
- Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors. Attend meetings and take notes as required.
- Documentation: Help maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other related materials.
- Quality Assurance: Learn to monitor project quality and ensure deliverables meet specified requirements and standards.
- Problem-Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving project issues and challenges in collaboration with project managers and team members.
- Training and Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in IT project management and related technologies.
