Solution Consultant

Full Time

We are looking for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products with industry experts who are passionate about digital transformation and customer experience. Your responsibility is to understand the customer’s business requirements, design, and configure the desired solution along with an ability to scope the entire solution.
We are looking for someone who’s a self-starter, with solid experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) CRM solution, adept at picking up new skills and technologies, and eager to break new ground.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Interact with both technical and functional customers and internal teams to understand requirements, analyses information, and craft comprehensive solutions
  • Work with internal and customers to create proof of concepts, and sample mock-ups as a means of eliciting and defining business requirements
  • Validate solutions, and provide guidance to the project manager for key issues/risks to the project
  • Develop strong client relationships by building trust, positive working relationships with key stakeholders and team members
  • Developing a deep understanding of CRM products, working closely with our support team and product development teams to resolve critical technical issue
  • Following new product releases and new features, to be equipped with latest product knowledge


Qualifications and requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Require to communicate with customers or experience in a customer-centric role during internships, etc
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagram, and video
  • Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a deadline
  • Good to possess knowledge & experience with JAVA, JSON, JavaScript Scripting Languages, SaaS product or related knowledge
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM such as Salesforce, Microsoft D365, Hubspot and Data Analytics Tools like Tableau, PowerBI are a plus
  • Travelling will be expected depending on business needs
