Product Manager – CRM Solution

Full Time

The candidate is required to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the solution and articulate effectively how it resolves customers’ concerns and challenges. He / She should exhibit a keen insight into customer needs and requirements.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Lead strategic business opportunities, high level sales funnel management and revenue planning. Assisting the sales team in achieving their goals.
  • Conducting presentations and solution demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Enterprise Sales team, Marketing team, R&D deployment team, principal, and other key stakeholders to facilitate alignment and achievement of organizational goals.
  • Performing industry research, including analysis of competitors.

Qualifications and requirements

  • Holders of Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in software sales and pre-sales
  • Strong communication skills, along with excellent presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of market trends and competitive dynamics
  • Proficient in influencing and negotiation.
  • Willing to Travel and is Fluent in Mandarin Language (Written and Conversational)
