Inside Sales Rep

Duties and responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Perform effective online presentation and demos to prospects
  • Qualifying and routing qualified leads / opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Effective online presentation and demos
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key buyers, and generate interest
  • Maintain data hyenine of own portfolio / segments
  • Expand database of prospects within assign segment / industries
  • Partner with Marketing and Enterprise team to build pipeline and close deals


Qualifications, requirements and Skills

  • Diploma or degree or equivalent
  • Strong phone presence and experience in making dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with CRM tool
  • Good command of English – verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
