Business Development Manager – CRM

A resourceful sales Representative to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for individuals that have a solid record of creating long-term value for organizations for our Corporate Sales. Candidates should have strong communication skill, and ability to work across functions in an evolving industry landscape. Successful applicants should also be willing to travel.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Acquire new business opportunities for REDtone by providing IT solutions/service and build good relationship from the number of leads
  • Responsible for driving business and achieving sales targets to contribute to company’s growth
  • Develop and establish a strong rapport with assigned market/industry. Identify and formulate ideas to bring value to targeted industries with our solutions
  • Establish new relationship with industry enterprises to generate additional sales opportunities and develop different business solutions for such industry
  • Gather business intelligence within the marketplace to improve the company’s position, not only on specific deals, but strategically within the industry as well
  • Work cross functionally with business leaders from other department, include Direct Sales, Channel Sales, Product Sales, Pre-Sales Engineer and Sales Operations
  • Prepare and deliver presentation and quotation to customers

Qualifications and requirements

  • Strong background in sales with at least 3-5 years’ experience and possess knowledge in business development with proven ability to sell IT solutions to technical and non-technical personnel
  • Candidates with business consulting background such as business transformation and business knowledge in enabling technology such as ERP Solutions, CRM, Oracle and IOT is an added advantage.
