We are seeking proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern who is eager to learn, contribute fresh ideas, and support our marketing initiatives across campaign management, event management, CRM, lead generation and marketing operations.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full spectrum of B2B marketing within the technology industry, providing practical experience in campaign execution, customer engagement, lead management and marketing operations. As part of a collaborative marketing team, you will work closely with colleagues across different marketing functions, gaining valuable exposure to integrated marketing activities and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Support campaign scheduling, coordination and tracking to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
- Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
Event Management
- Assist in coordination and execution of corporate events, webinars, exhibitions, seminars, roadshows and customer engagement activities.
- Support event logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, promotional assets and event reports.
CRM & Lead Management
- Support CRM database maintenance and data cleansing activities.
- Assist in lead lifecycle management, customer segmentation, campaign tracking and CRM reporting.
- Support customer engagement and lead nurturing initiatives.
Marketing Operations
- Assist with marketing documentation, reports, presentations and administrative activities.
- Maintain marketing asset inventories and campaign records.
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the marketing team.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related disciplines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for generating fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing initiatives.
- Keen to explore new marketing technologies and AI-driven solutions to support marketing
activities
