Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in converting personal files to electronic personal files for all active employees and resigned employees
- Support on HR and admin work – recruitment, training, engagement activities, general office administration work, etc
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Qualifications and requirements
- Candidate must possess at least diploma or equivalent.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.
- Possess high level of integrity, confidentiality, commitment and sense of urgency
- Able to multitask and work under pressure with efficient time management and deadline
- Meticulous and result-oriented
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
