We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our CRM initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and exceptional leadership capabilities, alongside a deep understanding of CRM solutions and the market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive business growth by leading the end-to-end sales cycle for CRM solutions, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with various internal stakeholders, including R&D, marketing, and product teams, to effectively structure and close complex deals.
- Market Expertise: Utilize extensive knowledge of CRM market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Deal Structuring: Develop tailored, high-value proposals that address customer pain points and deliver exceptional value, ensuring long-term business relationships.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their CRM needs and deliver bespoke solutions that align with their business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in CRM or relevant SaaS business development or sales, with an installed base or track record of success, and a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer challenges, and industry trends.
- Sales Expertise: Strong track record in direct and channel sales, with the ability to manage and close complex, high-value deals across diverse markets.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional people-management capabilities, with the ability to lead cross functional teams and drive collaboration among various internal stakeholders to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-first mentality with a passion for providing exceptional service and delivering results that align with client goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing CRM solutions or SaaS for large-scale enterprises or organizations within specific industries.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
